How do I know if the color and material will match? The best way is to order products under the same brand and collection. Examples include top and bottom from Cherokee Revolution.
Questions about a product before placing an order? Each item has an area called “Additional Information”
How do I care for my Scrubs? Always check the manufacturer’s care tag attached to your garment
Embroidery
- First, select an item of your choice
- Next check the “Add Embroidery” box
- Follow the steps to create your design, then add it to your cart
- Upload a logo to your item’s design (JPG or PNG) with the maximum file size of 300px by 300px and send us an email with your order #

Loyalty Program
Our loyalty program allows customers to sign up and receive new product updates and any specials coming up. Once signed up in-store, customers will receive $5 Off every $100 spent. If customers refer a friend, the friend will receive $5 Off there first purchase as well as an additional $5 Off for the referee.

Returns
Items you cannot return?
- Embroidered items
- Items which were worn
- Items missing labels, hang-tags or not in original packaging
- Items which were laundered
- Items which were damaged. (Beware of angry pets and bored siblings!)
- Footwear showing visible wear
- Items with hair or deodorant stains
- Items on clearance
Shipping and Backorders
When will I receive my items?
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing
(excluding weekends and holidays)
Priority Domestic Shipping is 4-6 business days
Standard Shipping is $5.00 minimum or 10% of your total
Free shipping on orders over $99.00
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
What payments do we accept?
We accept AMEX, Visa, Discover, and Paypal. We do not accept checks
What if I have not received my order?
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@scrubstotherescue.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
